Little Salman, who is just 5 year old  is a known case of Diabetic ketoacidosis. It is a serious complication of diabetes that occurs when the body produces high levels of blood acids called ketones. The condition develops when the body can't produce enough insulin. Insulin normally plays a key role in helping sugar (glucose) — a major source of energy for your muscles and other tissues — enter your cells.

In case of salman, his body do not produce enough insulin and without enough insulin, his body begins to break down fat as fuel. 

Family Background 

The child born in a poor migrant family and at present the family is living on rent in delhi. Due to Corona Pandemic, his father lost his job in a fsctory. He is somehow managing the daily need of the family but salman conditiob is deriorating day by day and to control the condition treating doctor prescribed insulin therapy and diet control. The child needs insulin 3 times a day and doctor prescribed healthy diet which contain black channa, curd etc. Below is the prescribed diet chart. 

The family is unable to provide proper food and insulin therapy to the child due to the ill finnancial condition.
