In 2015, my son was born prematurely, weighing just 1.3 kg. Doctors informed us that he would require a long and uncertain stay in the hospital. Those days were filled with fear, anxiety, and helplessness. As parents, we were doing everything we could—but with each passing day, the financial burden of treatment at a private hospital pushed us deeper into crisis.
It was during this difficult phase that I truly understood how fragile life can be, and how access to quality healthcare should never be a privilege. Every parent and every child deserves the dignity of proper medical care, regardless of their background or financial condition.
By the grace of God, my family eventually emerged from that emotional and financial storm. But the experience left a permanent mark on my heart. I knew then that I could not turn away from families who continue to suffer simply because they cannot afford care for their children.
This journey gave birth to Dil Se Mehek.
It is my unshakeable belief that India can never achieve its true growth story unless we strengthen its foundation—our children. My aim is to create a development model that is impactful, sustainable, and replicable across India, and perhaps even the world. I strongly believe in a collaborative approach, working hand in hand with NGOs, foundations, government bodies, and corporates to create meaningful change.
At Dil Se Mehek, we are committed to providing quality healthcare and education for underprivileged children, restoring dignity to the homeless, and extending in-kind support to poor patients and their caregivers. We are realistic about the challenges ahead, but we are determined to build communities that can actively contribute to India’s growth and future.
I have always dreamed of an India that is joyful, compassionate, and just—an India where no child loses their life due to lack of medical care.
Today, I invite you to walk this path with us.
Support Dil Se Mehek.
Support our children.
Support the future of our country.
Pledge to support their dreams with the same passion with which you pursue your own.
Pledge to become a part of their world.
I leave you with three simple but powerful thoughts:
If not now, then when?
If not here, then where?
If not you, then who?
